  9. Documents and prepares reports indicating the departments activity and progress.
  10. Communicates and coordinates with other production units for scale-up or improvement of processes. Works with outside vendors.
  11. Enforces company safety, work and housekeeping standards. Responds to emergency situations.
  12. Guides and coaches Supervisors in interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.
  13. Reviews, evaluates and develops employee skill and performance.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related technical discipline.
  2. Requires seven years of progressively responsible specific department or related experience in addition to three years of experience in a diversified management role involving technical and administrative leadership.
  3. Requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of staff.
  4. Excellent leadership, problem solving skills and organizational ability.

Requirements

  1. University degree, experience in chemical/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  2. 6+ years working experience in HSE in multinational company.
  3. Familiar with HSE national code/regulations. Good knowledge of management systems (ISO model, OHSAS).
  4. Thorough knowledge and training for Hazard Materials Handling and Emergency Response requirements.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  6. Fluent English both in oral and written.

  16. Determines the need for outside resources.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering.
  2. Minimum of 7+ years experience in Maintenance, Operations Management or Engineering, chemical plant preferred.
  3. Capital project experience desired.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a track record of successful implementations.
  5. Strong management and leadership skills.
