PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning of sales and marketing activities
  • Initiate and implement sales activities to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide product line management and technical support
  • Key account management & evaluate customers needs and market competition

Requirements:

  • Minimum BS Degree in Biochemistry (Masters, PhD a plus)
  • Must have demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills with a drive to succeed in a sales-oriented & fast-pace environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Main responsibilities:

  • Process quotations using SAP system and play active role in sales support
  • Handle phone calls and resolve all non-technical inquiries including tracing shipments and providing availability dates
  • Provide basic technical assistance and handle other customer service related issues
  • Actively participate in process improvement idea generation, data collection, testing and implementation
  • Consistently represent the company in a positive, professional manner by maintaining high quality standards for all levels of service

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service oriented environment will be an advantage
  • Able to multi-task and takes initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and a team player

PURIFICATION / QC TECHNICIAN

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform HPLC purification and quality control of oligonucleotides manufactured according to customer’s specification and SOP
  • Ensure timely delivery of high quality products
  • Maintain purification record and QC document of processed samples
  • Inform production team of quality related problems when detected
  • Troubleshoot for purification related quality issues
  • Work closely with production and QC team to organize an optimum workflow and schedule
  • Coordinate with maintenance technician/team in keeping good performance of purification and QC machines
  • Generate product report and certificates

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Life Science/Chemistry fields
  • Good laboratory techniques and problem solving skills
  • Experience with HLPC operation
  • Understand proper handling of chemicals
  • Adequate computer skills and knowledge of MS office programs
