Customized GLP Sample Solutions
- Custom samples may be prepared from formulations supplied by you, a Sigma–Aldrich formulation or modification of an existing catalog formulation
- Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) samples are prepared in our R&D department's manufacturing zone
- GLP samples produced and delivered within 1-3 weeks
- GLP liquid and powder batches up to 500 L
- Standard packaging of liquids in 500 ml and 1 L PET bottles or 10 L and 20 L bags
- Standard packaging for powders in a variety of plastic containers up to 100 L
- GLP samples undergo minimal QC testing and are intended for research use while you investigate new formulations for your intended application

- We manufacture custom and proprietary formulations to large scale under cGMP
- Single, sterile–filtered liquid lots up to 10,000 L
- Blended powder lots can be manufactured up to 4000 Kg in our air classification milling system
- Sterile liquids may be packaged in 5 mL to 500 L containers (bottles, bags and carboys)
- Powders can be custom packaged to meet your needs in a wide range of regulatory friendly containers
- In addition to cell culture products, our facilities can produce buffers, nutritional supplements, salt mixes, and other sterile–filtered liquids or blended powders

- This includes your contact information, the product formula, volume, specifications, documentation requirements, labeling and packaging requirements, and delivery instructions.
- Confidentiality Agreements can be swiftly executed to facilitate this information exchange.
- For cGMP products, we want to ensure that all required specifications and expected documentation are identified up front to ensure regulatory compliance.
- This information is documented by us in a Custom Sample\Contract Request Form.
- Once your project is defined, you will receive a detailed written quotation.
- You will be asked to review and sign off on the quotation as a final check on accuracy, and to submit a purchase order.
- Manufacturing lead times are generally 6-10 weeks and will be confirmed at the time of order.
