Domain Organization of Multi-Drug Related Protein (MRP1)
MRP1 is a representative of the second major subfamily, MRP, of multidrug ABC transporters. MRPs have an extra TMD and have the general form of TMD0(ABC-TMD)2. The diagram shows the transporter as an intrinsic membrane protein.
