 DNA Purification for Epigenetics Research

Epigenetics

Sigma provides a variety of kits that may be used to isolate DNA to begin your Epigenetic workflow. Our GenElute™ product line provides a simple and convenient way to purify high-quality Genomic DNA from mammalian cells and tissues, blood, and plants. Each kit utilizes a spin column format to rapidly extract Genomic DNA free of contaminants. The purified product is ideal for use in DNA Methylation analysis.

GenElute Mammalian
Genomic DNA Miniprep Kit
DNA yields of 25-30 µg can be isolated from up to 2x106 cells or 25mg of tissue in less than 40 minutes. All reagents, columns and tubes provided.
