 MISSION® shRNA Gene Family Sets

shRNA

The MISSION® TRC shRNA gene family sets are collections of genes related to specific functional classes. The format is designed for target discovery and pathway analysis. All of the gene family sets can be utilized without the need for robotics equipment. A dedicated researcher with a multichannel pipette can successfully utilize these gene family sets to discover novel small molecule targets and gene regulators. All gene family sets are pre-arrayed in 96-well plate formats, and are selected utilizing multiple databases including the NCBI, GO database, protein lounge, and Ingenuity. All human gene family sets are available as bacterial stocks, purified DNA, or lentiviral particles. The murine gene family sets are only available as bacterial stocks.

*The MISSION production and bio-informatics team constantly reviews and quality controls clones available for a gene family set. These numbers are very close to the actual number that will be shipped, but each researcher will receive a final plate map indicating the location and exact TRCN clone numbers.
