Greiner CrystalQuick Sitting Drop Protein Crystallization Plates
Each reservoir well has an elevated platform with 3 small wells for sample solution, to enable experiments with multiple samples for each reservoir. The bottom of each sample well is optically clear for microscopic examination. Polystyrene VIEWseal transparent seal recommended for sealing these plates. These plates may also be used for hanging drop crystallization by addition the CrystalDrop lid below. The CrystalQuick Plate is designed for automated high throughput crystallography and subsequent X-ray diffraction at reduced costs.

Greiner CrystalDrop Lid for Hanging Drop Protein Crystallization
Designed to give 2 hanging drop positions in each of the 96 wells, the CrystalDrop lid in combination with CrystalQuick plates enables up to 3 sitting and 2 hanging drop experiments to be conducted at each reservoir position. Channels around each of the 96 positions for individual sealing of each well with silicone grease polystyrene.
CrystalDrop is well suited for automated liquid delivery, lid handling and bringing up without drop movement and cross-contamination.

Corning CrystalEX Sitting Drop Protein Crystallization Plates
Manufactured from an advanced, optically clear copolymer that has better chemical resistance, lower water absorption and lower water permeability than Polystyrene, Corning plates reduce protein or reagent losses that can significantly change concentration of protein solutions, particularly important for 384 (192 sample + 192 reservoir wells) format plate. This advanced polymer also provides high optical clarity with minimum background interference when viewing crystals under polarized light.
