The Panorama® Antibody Microarray - XPRESS Profiler725 Kit is designed for studying protein expression in cell or tissue extracts. The antibody array contains 725 different antibodies each spotted in duplicate on nitrocellulose-coated glass slides. These antibodies represent families of proteins known to be involved in a variety of important biological pathways, including cell signaling, gene regulation and MAPK/PKC.
- Accurate & robust protein expression profiling of your sample in less than half a day.
- Antibodies are spotted in high density to ensure strong signals.
- Proprietary treatment of the slide coating minimizes background staining.
