93859 BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer

Immunoassays, e.g. an ELISA-tests, can be protected from degradation effects using BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer. The addition of BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer increases life-time and the coating rates of the antibodies.


BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer is a 4x solution in sterile bidest. water (free of DNAse, RNAse and protease). A 50ml package is enough for making about 2000 tests, 250ml is sufficient for about 10000 tests. Store at 4°C.


Directions:

An example for the stabilization of adsorbed or immobilized proteins on microwell-plates.

  1. Immobilize the primary protein (antibody or antigen) according to your method. The surplus or insufficient coated protein is removed by a washing step.

  2. Immediately after washing, add sufficient BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer to get an interaction between the protein surface and the stabilizer. In case you used 75ml/well from the primary solution (in the first step) you have to add 25ml/well of the BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer. Coated components should never dry up before adding the stabilizer.

  3. Incubate for 15 to 60 min. at room temperature. Block with the corresponding solution. It is recommended to mix 3 parts of the block solution with 1 part of the BioStab Immunoassay Stabilizer.

  4. Remove the supernatant but do not wash the plate.

  5. Now the plate can be stored over a long time according to your standard method
