Serum yield ~ 20ml/bleed/rabbit (total service yields ~150-200ml of serum)
Chickens: Rhode Island Red

Serum yield ~ 1-2ml/bleed/rabbit (total service yields ~12ml of serum)
~12 eggs (customer receives the egg yolks)
Each yolk yields ~15ml, with a potential yield of 50mg of IgY per egg
Goats/Sheep:
Goat and Sheep projects require ~5mg of antigen.
