Design Service Options
Sigma-Proligo™ can design AND synthesize your oligonucleotides, or just provide the design and leave the synthesis to you.

Design AND synthesis service
Your oligonucleotides will be designed and synthesized within several working days of submitting your design request (3 days for design, plus 4 to 5 days for synthesis - pending successful QC validation). Design service for Roche LightCycler hybridization probes is FREE!
Design only service
Your design will be sent to you by email within 3 working days of submitting your design request. Design service for Roche LightCycler hybridization probes is FREE!

Recommendations
Should you work with SYBR® Green I and need primers designed, we recommend that we design the appropriate fluorescent probe at the same time, in case you need to use hybridization probes at a later stage. We can also assess your existing primer and probe designs and evaluate their efficacy.
