Single Cell WGA was performed on amniotic fluid sourced fibroblast cells drawn from two different patients. The genotyping control samples provide no signals in the negative control and male specific peaks for the positive control. The two upper graphs represent data for two different female samples as amplified with the single cell WGA kit. These data indicate that GenomePlex single cell amplified products are compatible with gender study assays.
