Accurate Single Cell Whole Genome Amplification
The GenomePlex Single Cell WGA Kit (WGA4), containing the WGA DNA Polymerase, accurately amplifies plant DNA as shown in the two model systems Arabidopsis and Tobacco.

Cultured Arabidopsis cells and Tobacco protoplasts were isolated to one cell through dilutions. Each one cell dilution sample was amplified using the GenomePlex® Single Cell WGA kit. All samples were purified with the GenElute PCR Clean Up Kit (NA1020).
Accurate Amplification of Your DNA Target
The GenomePlex Single Cell WGA Kit provides consistent representation of the desired DNA without generating unnecessary primer assembly products.
Tobacco protoplasts diluted to one cell were amplified using the GenomePlex® Single Cell WGA Kit. After using the GenElute™ PCR Clean Up Kit (NA1020), QPCR was performed on the Stratagene MX 3000 using the SYBR Green JumpStart ReadyMix (S9194). This data shows the targeted genes were efficiently amplified with the GenomePlex Single Cell WGA kit.
