Five fresh lymphocytes were lysed and amplified using the Single Cell WGA Kit (WGA4). The measure of success was performed with the DXS1623 microsatellite marker, amplified by two-rounds PCR. The final product was verified on a 1.5% agarose gel. No contamination was noted in the negative control sample.
