Our proprietary purification processes, involving both chemical and physical purification has enabled us to develop the most consistent purity of metalorganics available in the world today. When ultra-high purity batch to batch, day to day, month to month consistency is required automated plant-scale techniques are called for. At SAFC Hitech we have dedicated stainless steel, fully automated plants capable of multi kilo batch sizes which in turn can be dedicated to a single customer and thus eliminating the necessity for bubbler to bubbler qualification.
