Reliable analysis is essential to support process quality control, promote confidence and provide a basis for process or specification improvement. SAFC Hitech has invested substantially in providing the analytical tools to meet current and anticipated needs. Methodology and instrumentation are regularly validated to ensure consistency. Ongoing projects concentrate on improving detection limits and reviewing new or updated analytical technologies.
The integrity and design of containers for reliable and safe use of precursors or dopants is well understood. SAFC Hitech have a long history of design and supply of standard or bespoke ampoules. Choice of construction materials and valves, precision manufacture and electropolishing are combined with rigorous preparation procedures and leak checking to ensure product quality is not compromised.
