SAFC has the capability to improve synthetic processes through use of its automated lab reactor technology. This equipment enhances development by running simultaneous reactions evaluating alternative conditions so that time can be reduced optimizing a chemical synthesis.

In addition, results are more reproducible as compared to classical methods. SAFC uses the Systag Flexylab system at its Buchs, Switzerland facility and the technology has provided significant reductions in lab time needed to produce reliable, scalable synthetic processes.
