All SAFC products undergo prescribed analytical testing prior to release utilizing today's most modern methods and equipment. As an example, testing at SAFC's main facility in St. Louis Missouri utilizes over 40 pieces of equipment and performs thousands of assays each month. Testing methods include HPLC, GC, TLC, NMR, IR, NIR, Electrophoresis, and Karl Fisher moisture analysis. In addition, the analytical testing facility also performs compendial, enzymatic, endotoxin and environmental testing, such as bioburden.
To meet customer-specific analytical testing requirements, SAFC offers the option of customizing the selection of analytical tests.
