	Quality Assurance	SAFC operates with the proper processes and procedures in place to ensure compliance and ethical operation. All reasonable measures are taken to ensure personnel and environmental safety. We have automated in-process controls and standard operating procedures in place, process validation and cleaning validation master files, safety systems, and safety evaluations for all chemicals. At SAFC, no animal testing is used to determine any toxicological or safety information on the products we produce or sell.

Quality Assurance
	SAFC Supply Solutions offers a range of Quality Assurance services plus documentation adapted to individual requirements. All SAFC Supply Solutions manufacturing locations have quality systems accredited to ISO 9001: Buchs, Switzerland; Saint Louis, USA; Seelze, Germany; Sheboygan, USA; Steinheim, Germany. Consistency
	With supplier agreements in place, SAFC manages change control and develops customized Quality Assurance programs with processes in place to notify customers of change or improvement in products, including quality and availability. Our extensive Quality Control capabilities allow us to integrate additional testing to comply with individual customers' regulatory or technical needs and to agree upon individual specification sheets.
Communication
	Open and honest customer communications provide the key to our compliance services and are the basis behind the quality of raw materials provided. Right from the initial quotation, SAFC provides regulatory support to identify the right product, necessary level of Quality Assurance and future raw materials requirements for complete compliance during scale-up.

Full documentation provided
	Raw materials are supported with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), specifications sheets and Certificates of Analysis (CofA) on every product. Full origin information is available for all raw materials. We have registered about 15 Certificates of Suitability at the EDQM and are able to share our knowledge and know-how regarding Certificates of Suitability with customers whenever the need for a high TSE risk material is identified.
