Embedding and Mounting Media

Normally the objects for the microscopy get on a slide with a drop of liquid and then is a cover glass put over it. The liquid is called embedding media. Until now we just spoken from water as a liquid but there are many other liquids for use. The result of a right embedding media with the according refraction index is a better looking of the preparation.
