Organic Residue AnalysisOrganic residue testing entails the analysis of persistent organic pollutants, and highly toxic compounds, down to ultratrace levels in food and environmental applications. Most of the organic pollutants identified in environmental analysis are extracted using solvents, from matrices such as food, water or soil.
