TraceCERT® certified reference materials (CRM) are developed and produced in an accredited laboratory, fulfilling both ISO 17025 (General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories) and ISO Guide 34 (General Requirements for the Competence of Reference Material Producers).
TraceCERT® products are characterized by:
- Highest-purity starting materials available
- Superior (Swiss metrological) level of accuracy, very low uncertainties and lot-specific values
- Traceability to at least two independent references
(i.e. NIST, BAM or SI unit kg)
- Comprehensive documentation
(certification according to ISO Guide 31)
- Certificates of ICP standards list up to 70 trace impurities
- ICP standards packaged in light- and gas-tight aluminum foil bags
(for extended stability)

Certified Single Element Standards for AAS and ICP
We offer a high range of single element standard solutions (1000mg/L) suitable for AAS or ICP respectively. The ICP standards are tested for up to 70 trace impurities whose concentrations are stated in the certificate. AAS standards are supplied in 250 mL HDPE bottles except for Hg, which is bottled in 100 mL borosilicate white glass bottle. The following AAS standards are supplied in 100 mL HDPE bottles: Pd, Au, Pt, Sc. ICP standards are supplied in 100 mL HDPE bottles and sealed in an aluminum bag, including the certificate. For the AAS standards, the certificate can be downloaded from the web, using product number and lot number.

Certified Standards for Ion Chromatography (IC)
The portfolio of TraceCERT® products includes 10 anion and 15 cation standard solutions for IC (concentrations: 1000 mg/L). The products are supplied in 100mL HDPE bottles. As a unique feature for these IC standards we list the most common trace impurities that are relevant for the ion chromatographic separation (13 elements for cation standards and 7 inorganic anions for anion standards). The certificates are available on the web using product and lot number.
