Based on Fused-Core™ particle technology, Ascentis Express provides the high speed and high efficiency of sub-2-µm particles, but at half of the backpressure. This lower pressure means that Ascentis Express can be run on all HPLC systems, including conventional as well as UHPLC systems.

Available Ascentis Express Phases

C18 and C8 provide classic reversed-phase selectivity with performance benefits for Fast HPLC and High Resolution HPLC.
RP-Amide and Phenyl-Hexyl offer alternate selectivity to reversed-phase separations.
HILIC extends the benefits of Fused-Core particle technology to the emerging HILIC mode technique.
Peptide ES-C18 is a stable reversed-phase column, optimized for HPLC separations of peptides and similar biomolecules.
