Microbiology Plant Peptones


In a time of animal diseases, like BSE, TSE or foot and mouth disease, it is important to have a good alternative possibility. 100% vegatable protein source that means no risk of BSE/TSE, no problems with certificates and regulations. But it is not the only reason for a change, because several test showed that it is possible to get a better growth or yield by using Plant Peptone. This facts helps you to save time an money. Nowadays, the applications using Plant Peptone increases drastically, although there are thousands of older existing standard methods.
