The VersaFlash system is also available with the VersaVac sample loading station, which is a vacuum manifold that allows you to draw the sample onto a cartridge, using vacuum. With this unit, a syringe barrel can be used as a sample reservoir or an SPE tube as a pre-purification step. Vacuum is applied to introduce the sample onto the purification cartridge. The vacuum is then released, and the cartridge is ready to load into the VersaFlash station. Additionally, the VersaVac can be used to empty used cartridges from solvent for simpler waste disposal. The VersaVac is compatible with the full range of cartridge sizes.
