Excess Stock Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Supplies are strictly limited to stock held in our Australian warehouse. The offer only applies while stocks last and will not be extended under any circumstances. Stock will not be brought in from our supplying plants to fulfil orders.
2. In the event that your order exceeds stock on hand, you will be shipped the product(s) in stock and the remainder of your order will be cancelled. If you wish to purchase more stock than is available, you may do so by resubmitting a new purchase order for the required items at list price.
3. Additional quantities of products on the excess stock list may be purchased, however they will be charged at list price.
4. Orders will be processed on a first come first served basis.  We advise that you check product availability via the website sigma-aldrich.com prior to placing your order.
5. Freight will be charged at the standard freight charge for orders up to 20 Kg or 0.25 cubic meters. Special freight charges may apply beyond these limits.
6. In the event of a product return, a replacement will be offered where available from our Sydney warehouse. In the event that all stock has been sold, or Sigma-Aldrich has agreed that the product is faulty, a credit will be issued. Replacement stock is not available from our supply plants for sale items.
