A database of validation
The Human Protein Atlas (proteinatlas.org) is a database with a
collection of over 2.9 million IHC images of normal and cancer tissues,
cell lines and primary cells.

Each antibody is used to exlplore the protein profile by IHC in 48
normal human tissues in triplicates, 20 cancer types from 4-12
individuals in duplicates, 47 cell lines and 12 primary cell types. In total,
more 700 IHC images are geberated for each antibody.
