Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells may require mouse macrophage feeder cells upon resuscitation.
Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against a 100kDa antigen present on T lymphocytes activated by ConA, PWM, alloantigens or Theileria parva transformation.
