Description
Application
Suitable for fragment size determination using DNA electrophoresis. The DirectLoad marker comes ready-to-use in a gel loading solution for use with either agarose or polyacrylamide gels. The recommended agarose gel concentration is 0.75% for the larger fragments and 2.0% for the smaller fragments.
