Contains no functional groups. Polymeric adsorbent for removing soluble organics from polar solvents. Fast adsorption/desorption kinetics for large organic molecules. Resists degradation up to 150°C. Methanol is a good regenerant.

Hard porous polymeric adsorbent beads.

Application

Porous beads for adsorbing various soluble organics from polar solvents. Separates aromatic compounds from hydroxylic solvents such as aliphatic alcohols. Steroids and emulsifiers are also adsorbed.
