What is the composition of Product 70160, Nafion® 117 solution?
The exact composition of the Nafion® 117 solution is considered proprietary by the manufacturer.  However, based on the data available, the composition is believed to be similar to the following: approximately 5% Nafion® Perfluorinated Ion-Exchange powder, 15-25% water, 1-5% methanol, with the remainder being a 1:1 mixture of 1-propanol and 2-propanol.  
Is Product 70160, Nafion® 117 solution, cationic or anionic?
Nafion® 117 is cationic (H+).
How can I dilute Product 70160, Nafion® 117 solution?
Dilution of the Nafion® 117 solution in a 50:50 mixture of 1-propanol/2-propanol is preferred.
