Application

Dowex® 50WX8 hydrogen form may be used in separation medium for TLC, paper chromatography and LPLC.

Strongly acidic cation exchange resin for fine chemical and pharmaceutical separations; meets requirements of FDA Food Additive Regulation 21 CFR 173.25.

General description

Dowex® 50WX8 hydrogen form is used as stripper resin and can be regenerated by 0.25N sulphuric acid when exhausted.1 Dowex® 50WX8 hydrogen form is used as catalyst.2 It is used in deionizing supernatant fraction samples for paper chromatography.3
