The melting point of glacial acetic acid is approx. 16°C. So it may freeze in shipment (or storage in a cold place).  Simply leave it in a warm place and it will melt.  This does not affect product quality at all.
Why is Product A9967 called glacial acetic acid?
The term "glacial" indicates the product is anhydrous acetic acid rather than an acetic acid solution. When the anhydrous liquid freezes, it can look like glacial ice.
