Application

Dithizone may be used in the following processes:
• As an extracting agent for the extraction of copper in kerosene.
• Alteration of graphene oxide nano-sheet to improve its adsorption capacity.
• Preparation of magnetite nanoparticles/silicon dioxide-dithizone-palladium complex (MNPs/SiO2-DTZ-Pd complex), which are employed as catalysts for Suzuki type coupling reactions.
• Surface modification of mesoporous silica membranes.
