Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation

Cell Line Description

The antibody is directed against the BoCD2 antigen which is the bovine equivalent of CD2.
