Human mRNA is isolated from total RNA by affinity chromatography using oligo(dT) columns. Following isolation, the integrity of the mRNA is verified on a denaturing agarose gel. All mRNAs show very high efficiencies in reverse transcription.
Each vial contains 5 μg of poly(A)+ RNA in DEPC treated water
