Description

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 16-30 of human ACTR3B.

General description

ACTR3B (Arp11) is known to affect dynein-dynactin interactions and is required for dynein activities in Aspergillus nidulans. Furthermore, Arp11 can also inhibit the tumorigenicity of human lung adenocarcinoma cells (PC-14).
Rabbit anti- ACTR3B (16-30) antibody binds to human ACTR3B (16-30).

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 15 mM sodium azide

Application

Rabbit anti- ACTR3B (16-30) antibody can be used for western blot (1:500-1:2,000) and indirect immunofluorescence.

Yale Center for High Throughput Cell Biology IF-tested antibodies. Each antibody is tested by immunofluorescence against HUVEC cells using the Yale HTCB IF protocol. To learn more about the Sigma Life Science and Yale Center for High Throughput Cell Biology partnership, visit sigma.com/htcb-if.
