Description

Immunogen

Purified mouse IgG.

Physical form

Solution in 0.05 M Tris buffer, pH 8.0, containing 1 mM MgCl2, 10 mM glycine, 1% bovine serum albumin, 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide.

Application

Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is suitable for use in western blot using nuclear proteins isolated from DAOY, U87, U118, MCF7 and MDA-231 cells . The antibody can also be used for ChIP assays using MEF cell lines , direct ELISA (1:30,000) and immunohistochemistry (1:50 using formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections).

ELISAs were performed using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG as the secondary at a dilution of 1:10000.

Western blot analysis of lysates from the placental cell line 3ASubE-P-3 and U037 cells were performed using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti- mouse IgG as the secondary at 1:2000 to recognize the mouse mom Il-8RB. Secondary was developed using bromochloroindoyl phosphate (Sigma) pH. 9.5 for 10-15 minutes.Western blot analysis of coimmunoprecipitates from human cell or rat cell vaginal extracts were performed using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti- mouse IgG as the secondary at 1:15000 dilution.

General description

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a glycoprotein antibody that regulates immune responses such as phagocytosis and is also involved in the development of autoimmune diseases . Mouse IgGs have four distinct isotypes, namely, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3. IgG1 regulates complement fixation in mice . Anti-Mouse IgG (whole molecule)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is specific for normal mouse serum and all mouse IgGs. In Ouchterlony Double
Diffusion assays, the product also reacts with mouse IgA and IgM.
