General description

Anaplastic lymphoma receptor tyrosine kinase (ALK) is a tyrosine kinase member of the superfamily of insulin receptors. ALK modulates neurological development. Genetic alterations in ALK have been linked to neurological, lung and white blood cell cancers. Rabbit Anti- ALK (1601-1615) binds to human ALK (1601-1615).

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2, containing 15 mM sodium azide.


Rabbit Anti-ALK (1601-1615) antibody can be used for western blot (1:1,000-1:2,000) assays.
