Application

Applications in which this antibody has been used successfully, and the associated peer-reviewed papers, are given below.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (1 paper)
Western Blotting (1 paper)

ELISA was performed on human sera samples diluted in TBS-0.05% tween-20 using HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-human IgG as the secondary antibody. Assay was developed using 100ul of 0.1% O-phenylene diamine (Sigma).

Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody has been used for ELISA. The product can also be used for dot blot (1:6,000), IHC (1:150) and western blot (1:80,000) studies.

General description

Human IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that contain two equivalent light chains and a pair of identical heavy chains. IgGs have four distinct isoforms, ranging from IgG1 to IgG4. These antibodies regulate immunological responses to allergy and pathogenic infections. IgGs have also been implicated in complement fixation and autoimmune disorders.
Rabbit Anti-Human IgG (whole molecule)-Peroxidase antibody binds to human IgG.
