General description

Antithrombin III (ATIII) is a small glycoprotein produced by the liver that functions as a serine protease inhibitor to block coagulation.

The antiserum is determined to be immunospecific for human antithrombin III by immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) versus normal human serum, plasma and antithrombin III.

Physical form

Lyophilized from 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2

Application

Rabbit Anti-Antithrombin III antibody can be used for indirect ELISA at a dilution of 1:25,000.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute with 2 mL deionized water.
