FITC-BSA conjugate

The antibody reacts with both free and conjugated fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).

Physical form

Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, and 15 mM sodium azide

Monoclonal Anti-FITC-Biotin antibody produced in mouse may be used for amplification of immunofluorescence assays and for visualization of immunofluorescent staining by light microscopy at a recommended dilution of 1:400. It was added to Ag-activated beads in flow-based microimmunoassay of parathyroid hormone and IL-5.

General description

Monoclonal Anti-FITC-Biotin antibody produced in mouse reacts with free and conjugated FITC and is highly sensitive method of antigen detection.
