Description

Immunogen

recombinant large cytoplasmic domain of the α3 subunit (amino acids 315-441) of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor from chick.

Physical form

Solution in 20 mM Na3PO4, pH 7.2, containing 150 mM NaCl and 0.05% sodium azide.

Specificity

Binds to native and denatured detergent-solubilized α3 subunit of AchR. Does not bind α1, α4, α5, α7, α8 and β2.
