Description

General description

FLUOTRAC 600 96W Microplate, well working volume 25-340 μL; total well volume 392 μL.

Polystyrene Multiwell plates from Greiner for immunoassay and high throughput screening applications. High binding plates are recommended for ELISAs. High binding denotes a binding capacity of 600 ng/cm2 and scatter of less than 10%. Optimal protein binding is variable and comparative tests between high and medium binding plates is suggested.

Suitability

Black plates minimize background fluorescence. FLUOTRAC 600 binds up to 600 ng/cm2. Suitable for cell work. Free of detectable DNase/RNase, human DNA and pyrogens.
