Reconstitution

For Weber and Osborn gels, the marker should be reconstituted with 1 mL phosphate sample buffer [100 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 1% SDS, 1% (v/v) 2-mercaptoethanol, 6 M urea, and 0.00015% (w/v) bromophenol blue].
