Casein kinase II inhibitor.

Tyrphostin AG 1112 is a Bcr-Abl kinase blocker that can activate the terminal differentiation of K562 cells and the purging of Ph+ cells. AG 1112 can also interact with anti-Fas receptor antibody to stimulate apoptosis1.

Preparation Note

Tyrphostin AG 1112 is soluble in DMSO and is insoluble in ethanol.
