EZMix™ 2xYT microbial medium is the same high quality formulation and uses the same preparation instructions as 2xYT microbial medium. The EZMix formulation has the added advantage of being granulated and dust-free, allowing safer and easier weighing and handling. EZMix 2xYT microbial media dissolves significantly faster than standard powdered media formulations.

Reconstitution
Preparation instructions
1. Suspend 31.6 g in 1 L of distilled water.
2. Autoclave for 15 minutes at 121°C.
