Description
General description
Novel design incorporates several safety and convenience features. Proprietary resin-impregnated carbon electrodes deliver extremely uniform current and efficiently dissipate heat. The cover can only be placed in the proper orientation and the anode lead can be attached only with the cover in place.
Except for the last unit below, units have 18 × 18 cm electrode surface and accommodate transfer stacks up to six layers of gels and membranes (multi-gel stacks are not recommended for nucleic acid transfers). Units with safety switch and/or timer operate on 120/240 V, but 240 V line cords are not included.
