Description

General description

Application: This column offers the highest maximum temperature of any commercially available column. It is well suited for simulated distillation (Sim Dis) analyses of petroleum samples.

• 10 °C to 460 °C (isothermal) or 480 °C (programmed)

Polysiloxane phase has high temperature stability, owing to its structural features, which are reactive terminal functional groups, degree of polymerization especially when the polysiloxane is phenyl-substituted, and the symmetrical substitution of different functional groups on the siloxane backbone.

Application

HT-5 (aluminum clad) Capillary GC Column may be used for the analysis of polar and high molecular weight compunds.
