Features permanently sewn-in pages with either a grid or horizontal lines. Spaces for dates, signatures of workers, and witnesses for securing patent protection. Instructions for keeping research records, a table of contents, and a page for issuing the notebook are also featured. Thick PE cover.

Notebook has a thick, black, PE cover with PolyPaper pages and is completely waterproof and chemical-resistant. 100 9 × 111/4 in. pages (50 sheets) are numbered and printed with a fine green 1/4 in. grid and includes spaces for dates and signatures.
